Train Like the Next
Generation of
Canadian Rugby Leaders.
Forward XV connects young athletes with professional-level coaching, mentorship, and structured training. Built by players who know the path.
Born From a Gap
in the Game.
Forward XV was born out of the need for more high-quality training programs to help grow the game of rugby in Canada.
Too often, young athletes lack access to consistent development environments outside of their club seasons. Forward XV was created to bridge that gap by providing structured, professional-level training opportunities led by elite athletes and experienced coaches.
The demand was clear from the start. Our first three clinics sold out fast. The rugby community showed up, and we're just getting started.

Josiah Morra
Josiah Morra is a Canadian rugby athlete and community advocate committed to growing the game and expanding access for the next generation. Through his experience competing at high levels, he's seen firsthand the gaps in development — from limited access to quality training to a lack of exposure beyond club environments.
Forward XV was created to bridge that gap: providing athletes with high-level training, meaningful connections, and the confidence to take their game further, regardless of their starting point.
To develop the next generation of rugby players through structured training, mentorship, and high-quality coaching that builds performance and character in equal measure.

“Since our first encounter with Josiah at a winter session with Caledon Cavs, he has been a star to my son. We have attended 2 more sessions since and my son loves to come and learn and meet coaches and other kids who love rugby too! Josiah always takes the time to say hello and he truly immerses himself in the training. My son is always so happy that he remembers him from previous sessions. It's always such a positive experience! He always leaves feeling so good about himself and rugby.”
