Sponsor a Child
To Go to Camp
Not every athlete has the financial support to access opportunities like this.
Forward XV camps are about more than skill development. They create space for young athletes to build confidence, gain exposure, and train alongside players from different clubs and communities. Those experiences matter — especially as athletes move into higher levels of competition.
Through our Sponsor a Child initiative, families, individuals, and corporate partners can help cover camp registration for athletes who would otherwise be unable to attend.

Sponsorship FAQ
How does the Sponsor a Child initiative work?
You fill out the sponsorship form and tell us how many athletes you'd like to support and your preferred contribution level. The Forward XV team will follow up to confirm the details and connect your contribution with athletes who have applied for financial assistance.
How much does it cost to sponsor an athlete?
A full camp sponsorship covers the $349 registration fee for one athlete. Partial sponsorships and custom contribution amounts are also accepted — every dollar reduces the barrier for a young athlete.
Is my donation tax-deductible?
Forward XV is working toward registered charity status. At this time, formal tax receipts are not yet available, but we are happy to provide a written acknowledgment of your contribution. Select the tax receipt option on the form and we'll follow up as our status progresses.
Can I choose which camp my sponsored athlete attends?
You can indicate a preferred Toronto camp session on the form, and we will do our best to match your sponsorship accordingly.
Can corporations sponsor multiple athletes at once?
Yes. Corporate partners are encouraged to contact us directly at forwardxv@gmail.com to discuss bulk sponsorships, co-branding opportunities, or community partnership arrangements.
How will I know my sponsorship was used?
We will confirm once your sponsored athlete is registered. Corporate sponsors can request a summary of sponsored athletes following each camp season.
